Application is by post only, and must include the following:

• Brief synopsis of the project
  300 words maximum on one A4 sheet.
  
  
• Budget on one A4 sheet stating:
  a. Total cost of the project
  b. Amount requested
  c. Details of other funding applications made.
  d. Name and address of recipient of grant
  if awarded.
  
  
• Visual material
  a)  All visual material must be in printed form and clearly labelled. 6-8 images maximum. DVDs only accepted when artists are working with film/video.
  b) Small selection of other visual material eg. catalogues, press cuttings, etc which may help the Trustees when considering the application
  
  
• Brief CV where relevant
  
  
• Stamped addressed envelope
  for the return of any material
